Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to support our distribution operations. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating order-related communication, and ensuring a smooth experience from order placement through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service inquiries
  • Process customer orders, returns, and adjustments accurately and efficiently
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates, delays, or issues proactively
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to resolve problems and meet customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within internal systems
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolution
  • Support account retention through clear communication and reliable follow-through

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer care, distribution, logistics, or order management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management or ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
